A REVIEW OF PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE BAR

A review through the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Buyer Protection analyzed eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five through the UAE and three from Turkey. It uncovered that all 8 samples were regarded as "defective". Five of the items sampled contained fats apart from cocoa butter, which is not permitted in products labelled "chocolate"
